- 24/7 Transaction chain website, database, and e-mail monitors, or "Deep Monitoring" of client web sites. "Deep Monitoring" refers to the process of testing failure points at several levels, providing an accurate and complete picture of the health of the web system. An example is stepping through an online transaction exactly as a user would, including clicking buttons, completing text fields, and following links.
